-Clinical description:

A Caucasian man noticed severe pruritus on abdome and lower limbs. Under dermatological inspection we observed several black dots under the skin (1A, 1B and 1C).

-Dermoscopic description:

1D. The adult form inside follicular units. 1E, 1F, 1G and 1H. Phthirus pubis attached to hair and visualization of the digestive tube.
